Streamlining and efficiency are two key words for success in today's dynamic development environment. Public and private sector organizations need to effectively communicate and work together to streamline the development review process from the pre-application meeting through to building permit issuance thereby creating a win/win scenario of increased tax base for the community and revenues for the developer. MDS successfully collaborated with the City of Denver and Westminster staff to develop a streamlined permitting process that resulted in full tenant occupancy within 6 months at Northfield at Stapleton, Denver and The Orchard in Westminster.
